Responsibilities: • Generate leads for potential clients by engaging in activities such as cold calling, door knocking, and attending networking events. • Participate in training sessions aimed at enhancing skills and knowledge in the field of real estate sales. • Ensure diligent follow-up with leads until appointments are set up with either a listing or buyer's agent. • Maintain consistent communication with prospective homebuyers through phone calls, emails, etc., to ensure brand recall when they are prepared to purchase a home again. • Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor the team's performance towards company objectives. • Respond to sales inquiries from qualified leads and successfully convert them into new clientele. • Utilize CRM tools effectively to gather and maintain accurate customer data for agents. • Efficiently schedule appointments with clients and conduct them in a professional manner.
