Job Description: As an Entry Level Remote Travel Specialist, you will assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements. You will provide excellent customer service, offer personalized travel recommendations, and ensure a smooth booking process. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with travel inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Research and recommend travel options based on client preferences and budgets.
• Book flights, hotels, and activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client requirements.
• Provide information on travel regulations, insurance, and safety protocols.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations and industry trends.
• Handle customer issues or complaints with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality, travel, or related field is a plus.
• Strong passion for travel and knowledge of various destinations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficient in using computers and online booking systems (experience with travel software is a plus).
• Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
