Participate in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities. Observing and learning from experienced team members. Participate in the companys strategic planning. Understand each departments daily processes and goals. Work with a team to develop and implement strategies based on the clients needs. Build long-term relationships with clients. Communicate with clients to get a clear understanding of their needs and goals. Research, develop, and implement new leads. Communicate with new prospects.
