Manager - In - Training Requirements:
- Must able to commute to the office and retail locations
- Must be able to stand for 4-5 hours in a retail environment
- Must be a team player and actively encourage colleagues
- Background in sports management, customer service, sales, marketing, hospitality, restaurant industry is recommended
Manager - In - Training Responsibilities:
- Retail Face-to-Face marketing and customer service
- Participate in morning meetings and conference calls
- Train and develop team of 6-8 individuals in retail Face-to-Face marketing
- Learn the process of interviewing and hiring candidates
- Master motivational and public speaking

- Branch Management Average Salary: $83,000-$103,000+ (Uncapped)
