As an entry level Recruiter or Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing senior consultants and contractors to meet client needs across diverse industries.What You'll Do as an entry level Recruiter: Creatively source and recruit senior consultants/contractors through referrals, prospecting, and cold callingBuild a robust pipeline of highly qualified candidates to meet client demandsCultivate and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, ensuring satisfaction and repeat businessUtilize CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other platforms to track and gather market intelligenceNegotiate competitive pay rates to attract top talentCollaborate closely with account executives to fulfill client staffing requirements efficientlyStrive to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets What You'll Do as an entry level Account Executive: Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, lead generation, prospecting, etc.Use your interpersonal skills to develop, maintain and close new business opportunitiesEffectively nurture and grow long-term relationships with new clientsManage, track, and gather market intelligence using CRM tools and social media.Resourcefully and proactively identify and execute client growth opportunities within accountsDetermine and understand the business needs of the client, and their ideal candidate profileStrive to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targetsEffectively negotiate pay ratesPartner closely and work collaboratively with recruiters to fill open positions Required Skills: Bachelor's degree or work experience equivalentAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExceptional communication/verbal skills, especially on the phoneStrong interpersonal skills and problem solving abilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
