The Entry Level Sales Support Representative will focus on driving best practices in sales, operations, marketing, and other key team business functions. Additionally, this individual will focus on helping the organization s development.
Entry Level Sales Support Representative Responsibilities:
- Act as the liaison to customers, providing insight on product knowledge, services offered, any customer questions and handle requests
- Work with all divisional departments, such as customer service and marketing, on requested management
- Develop best practices surrounding the use of sales systems to drive business revenue
- Assist with collaborative efforts surrounding the redesign of products to benefit teams
- Work with customers directly to complete the full sales cycle
- Participate in weekly training sessions to increase knowledge on client and services
- Work with customers daily executive effective and reliable communication
