As a supplier for our customers, our business-to-business sales tend to be close, consultative, account management relationships, as opposed to high-volume cold calling.Responsibilities begin in the warehouse learning the product and the business. Advancement opportunities are most common in inside sales or outside sales, but also available in supervisory or operations functions (depending on interests and abilities.)CED is an industry leader in the electrical wholesale market, with over 700 locations nationwide. This position is with the CED Grand Junction Profit Center. Come join a growing team in a strong market!Reports to: Profit Center ManagerMinimum Qualifications:+ Ability and desire to develop meaningful relationships with customers and coworkers+ Fast, hardworking, driven, and motivated+ High intelligence with the ability to learn quickly+ High School Diploma, or equal+ Minimum of 18 Years Old+ Valid Driver's License with acceptable record+ Read, write, and understand English+ Perform basic math functions in addition, subtraction, multiplication and division+ Understand typical American Standard units of weights & measurementsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's DegreeWorking Conditions:+ Stand, Bend, Twist, Lift, Reach, and Walk with frequent repetition+ Stoop, kneel, crouch, with occasional sitting+ Listen and speak clearly+ Clear vision, or corrected vision, for near, moderate, and distance+ Lift 50lbs unassistedSupervisory Responsibilities: NoEssential Job Functions:Handle material and associated paperwork from receiving to delivery.
