Kelly Science has an immediate opening for a Technical Sales Representative for our growing client in Elgin, IL

The ideal candidate will have a science related background, food chemistry/biology is highly desired. Must be fluent in both English & Spanish

Full-time

Pay: $33/hr-$41/hr + commissions

What You'll Do:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Take ownership of your sales territory, meeting and surpassing annual sales goals. You'll manage existing accounts while proactively identifying opportunities for new business.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Be the main point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and solutions. Build long-term partnerships that foster trust and loyalty.
  • Tailored Proposals: Use your creative and technical expertise to develop customized proposals that meet the specific needs of customers.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the Technical Service team to promote innovative solutions and help customers expand their business using our products.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up-to-date with market trends, product developments, and new technologies to remain a trusted advisor to your customers.
  • Report Progress: Keep management informed with regular updates on sales activity, proposals, and account status, ensuring transparency and effective planning.
  • Travel & Networking: Travel as needed to meet with customers, attend industry events, and grow your professional network.
