Job Title: Entry Level Tool and Die Maker
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Fenton, Missouri
We are seeking an Entry Level Tool and Die Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for precision and a desire to learn and grow in the field of tool and die making.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications
- Operate and maintain various machine tools, including lathes, grinders, and milling machines
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of finished products
- Assemble and test completed tools and dies to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and repair tools and dies as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects

- - High school diploma or equivalent
- - At least 1-2 years of work or educational experience working with manual machining
- - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications
- - Experience using hand and power tools to shape, cut, and finish dies
- - Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work
- - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- - Good communication and problem-solving skills with ability to retain information
- - Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
