We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Entry-Level Travel Advisor to join our remote team. As a Travel Advisor, you will assist clients in creating memorable travel experiences by providing personalized recommendations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budgets.
- Trip Planning: Research and recommend travel destinations, accommodations, transportation, activities, and itineraries.
- Booking Management: Assist in the booking of flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their trips, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Market Research: Stay updated on travel trends, industry news, and destination information to provide clients with the most relevant options.
- Documentation: Prepare and send travel documents, including itineraries, confirmations, and travel tips.
- Sales and Upselling: Promote additional services and upgrades to enhance the clients travel experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of travel booking systems and platforms (experience is a plus, but not required).
