Position Title:
Entry Manufacturing Laborer - Grand Prairie Box
Pay Rate:
$23.58/hr. plus shift differential
Sign-on Bonus:
$500 after 6 months,
$500 after 1 year
Category/Shift:
Hourly Full-Time
Monday - Saturday, must be able to work any shift
7am - 3pm (training period only)
3pm - 11pm
11pm - 7am

The Job You Will Perform:
* Following all trained and published safety policies and procedures
* Counting and stacking finished product
* Reading factory orders
* Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment
* Utilizing basic shop math and have the ability to reading a tape measure
* Inspecting product
* Accurately completing quality checks to ensure specific directions are followed
* The ability to practice and maintain great housekeeping
* This person will also be assigned to weekly clean-up functions including but not limited to blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.
* Assist with securing all required tooling and materials to manufacture production orders
* Other duties as required
The Skills You Will Bring:
* Good attendance and punctuality
* 2 years manufacturing experience preferred
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Consent to a background check and pre-employment physical / drug screen
* Verifiable, stable work history
* Flexible to work overtime as needed
* Must have a positive attitude with a willingness to learn new things, receive and follow instructions
