Regulus Group is seeking an experienced Entry Systems Engineer to support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide systems engineering support and perform required engineering activities for government clients in the aviation industry.
- Record and track system requirements and provide assistance in the way of updating required documents
- Work with program staff to ensure that requirements are aligned with system development activities
- Contribute effectively to working groups through oral and written communication and develop cooperative working relationships
- Contribute to a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environment
- Participate in knowledge sharing opportunities and seek to enhance skills through training and job experience
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering (civil, electrical, electronic, chemical, industrial, mechanical, aeronautical, avionics, environmental or computer from a college or university with a degree curriculum accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology)
- Five years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical background and good oral and written communication skills
- Experience with ATC/M systems design and development support experience is desired
- Knowledge of government acquisition processes and experience in the development of models and databases is desired
- Must meet eligibility requirements for a US Public Trust security clearance
