Job Type Full-timeDescriptionRideZilla is seeking a motivated Powersports Service Technician to join our team. You'll be working on a variety of powersports vehicles, including ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, and personal watercraft. Responsibilities include assembling, prepping, performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs. This is a great opportunity for entry-level techs or Auto-Boat technicians looking to transition into the exciting world of Powersports. Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and prep new units for customers
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, PWC, and Side-by-Sides
- Diagnose and repair two-stroke and four-stroke engines
- Remove and replace engine components and frame/body parts
- Conduct preventative and regular maintenance as per manufacturer specifications
- Provide repair estimates for internal and external customers
- Inspect vehicles for additional services and recommend necessary repairs
- Prepare detailed parts and labor lists for each job
- Operate diagnostic tools, including eddy dynamometers, and perform test rides to verify successful repairs
- Communicate diagnostic results and repair recommendations to the Service Manager or customers when needed
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
RequirementsQualifications:
- Motorcycle endorsement or ability to obtain one
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience as a trained, properly equipped technician
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Passion for Powersports and willingness to learn
