Responsibilities
- Responsible for the stocking and retocking of all food and beverage items, as needed.
- Assist with lunch distribution by Forkable (lunch vendor).
- Assist in supervising building personnel on facility maintenance, housekeeping, sanitation, and distribution.
- Assist in the relocation of employees to new offices and the movement of desks and computers within the office.
- Responsible for day-to-day facility maintenance, housekeeping, sanitation, and distribution.
- Evaluate and inspect purchases.
- Prepare manuals, administrative guides, and staff communications to assure safe and efficient institutional management services.
- Assist in fire and safety program coordination.
- Arrange for in-house events setup and set-down (i.e., Town Hall, Team off-sites) and refreshments.
- Perform other duties as assigned; working closely with the Workplace Experience coordinator.
