To do this, you will need to understand production orders, ensure material is available and supplied, install gears, plungers, and rollers, as well as adjust feeding, folding, gumming, and sealing. Other duties will include observing the operation of machines to detect malfunction, repair or replace broken or worn parts, and upholding quality standards and productively goals.Your will also need to communicate effectively with all levels of production and leadership, as well as and have a team-first mindset.SCHEDULENo guessing your work schedule and no bouncing around to different shifts! Our new Envelope Operator/Adjusters will work FOUR, 10-hour shifts with overtime available. Dayshift works 7AM - 5PM. Enjoy a three-day weekend every other week.JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Positive attitude towards safety and security
