About DupliDupli is a private, family-owned company and began as an envelope printing company focused on servicing major Colleges/Universities, Banks, Credit Unions and Insurance companies in upstate NY. Over the years we have diversified our products to include Stationery, Marketing Collateral, Direct Mail and Repositionable Adhesive products (sticky note pads, wall/floor safe signage). We have also diversified our geography to include plants in Newington, CT and Malvern, PA. One of our key differentiators is our ability to ship lots of small orders. Our technology and online ordering system (DupliOnline) have enabled us to cost efficiently ship over 1200 orders daily. Nearly 90% of our orders come from 250 online platforms that are set up for our customers to order quickly and easily.Job OverviewWe are now hiring an Envelope Jet Press Operator to help us continue our growth. - Experience preferred on 1 color, 2 color, and/or 4 color Jet envelope printing presses
- Maintain consistent quality during the production run to include copy, color, registration, and ink adhesion
- Perform preventative maintenance on the press such as lubrication, replacement of small parts, cleaning, replacing, and setting roller adjustments and other moving parts as required with the use of micrometers, calipers, and color spectrometers
- Analyze and match color to samples and or Pantone color books
- Troubleshoot and work through any operating issues
- Cross-train in other departments as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- 2+ years of experience operating machinery or willingness to learn
- Willingness to learn and train on various machines / machinery.
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to use close vision, color vision, and depth perception.
Hourly Rate - $16 to $22 per hour dependent on experience.Basic Beliefs
