LHH is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead our client's EHS programs at our manufacturing facilities in Denver and Aurora, CO. In this role, you will directly report to the Plant Manager and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our environmental, health, safety, and sustainable development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage comprehensive environmental, health, safety, and sustainable development programs.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, corporate guidelines, and environmental requirements.
- Oversee the submission of all necessary environmental reports.
- Develop and implement training programs to promote a safe workplace.
- Engage daily with production staff to foster a strong safety culture and an accident-free environment.
- Deliver workplace safety training to managers and employees.
- Assist in accident investigations and prepare regulatory reports.
- Conduct inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Facilitate the Central Safety Committee process and support subcommittee initiatives.
- Administer initial Workers' Compensation functions.
- Guide compliance with state, federal, and local safety and environmental regulations.
- Identify and direct compliance training to meet OSHA, TOSHA, EPA, and company requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in safety, engineering, sciences, or a related field.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience.
- 5+ years of safety experience in a manufacturing environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong understanding of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.
- Proficient in writing regulatory reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Experience performing audits and risk assessments.

Salary: $96,000 - $125,000 Annually
