Annual salary: $260,000 to $365,000

Job Overview

This is an excellent opportunity to advise on challenging regulatory questions, negotiate and obtain environmental permits and approvals for complex development projects, and identify and manage product supply chain issues across the full spectrum of environmental fields, including, but not limited to, air quality and climate change, infrastructure and permitting, natural resources, land use, and chemicals.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in high-stakes, complex environmental matters spanning the landscape of environmental law.

Handle significant environmental enforcement actions and high-profile toxic tort class actions.

Address novel cases involving climate change and public nuisance issues.
