Now hiring an environmental driller to join our existing environmental team. The driller will be exposed to many or all facets of environmental contracting, operation and maintenance of fueling facilities, in Commercial, Retail and Private applications. Experience is required and you must have a high desire to learn through performing hands-on tasks as needed, while observing best practices for safety and task completion.

Description of Work:

Key Responsibilities

• Collecting Soil Samples with split spoons or direct push
• Collect water samples via direst push
• Install monitoring wells using drilling equipment such as hollow stem
• augers, air rotary, or other methods
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance
• Work with limited field supervision and identify solutions to meet customers needs while maintaining company standards

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as an Environmental Driller
• High School or Equivalent Diploma
• Clean CDL
• Current OSHA 40-Hour and/or 8-Hour refresher training is a plus
• Ability to take accurate notes, posses good verbal communication skills,
• and prepare complete and detailed reports daily
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to utilize mobile technology (iPad, iPhone, etc.)
• This is a full-time, hourly position that may require work beyond normal hours. The pay scale is commensurate with experience and includes medical, dental, and 401k Benefits
