If you would like to make a difference in an organization that values the importance of environmental safety, while at the same time challenges you to work in a dynamic cutting-edge manufacturing facility, then this is the role for you.What you will do as an EHS Leader:- Lead the Health and Safety programs at the Lansdale PA facility to ensure continuity- You will Ensures employee and facility compliance to all safety and environmental requirements and mandatory trainings.- Partner with EHS team members on all EHS programs to include industrial hygiene surveys, job hazard analysis, accident/injury investigations, permits and safety trainings- Partner with EHS team in developing, implementing, and monitoring safety, health and environmental programs and policies- Support the Sr. Manager EHS in developing goals, plans, and objectives for the site- Lead medical surveillance and workers compensation programs for the Lansdale site- Ensure employee and facility compliance to all safety and environmental requirementsBase salary, full medical benefits are offered, relocation, a sign on bonus, a 401k with matching, three weeks PTO, tuition reimbursement after six months, and two Fridays off every month.
