To meet the demand for its solutions we are looking to add a talented and driven Sales Engineer to our team. This position will report to the Sales Director Americas. Open to remote candidates all over the United States.

The Job
- Work closely with the HQ EHS department, and ensure the execution smoothly locally.
- Understand local regulations and liaise effectively with local consulting firms or safety experts to enhance regional EHS standards and product safety protocols in compliance with local regulatory requirements.
- Organize and deliver comprehensive internal EHS training sessions and conduct routine site inspections to guarantee adherence to and the effective enforcement of regional EHS standards.
- Manage safety incidents and address risk concerns, collaborate with local safety authorities, and engage local safety consulting firms as required to facilitate the communication between the HQ Product/ R&D team and local safety expert.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in Science & Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related subjects.
- At least 5 years of related experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS), risk assessment, and worker safety, with experiences in the AMR industry is a plus.
- Sound understanding of local EHS regulations.
- Recognized certification in EHS will be a plus, e.g. Certified Safety Practitioner (CSP), Registered Safety Officer, and IATA – CBTA for DG Instructors & Instructional Designers.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical and regulatory information to executives, customers, and external agencies.

- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and collaborate in various EHS and operational networks.
Preferred
- Bilingual in Chinese and English, proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing.
