POSITION SUMMARY: Compleat Environmental LLC is engaged in providing services to our customers as follows: mold, asbestos, and lead mitigation, bloodborne pathogens clean up, and the cleaning and disinfecting of HVAC ductwork systems. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receives work orders and schedules from environmental lead or supervisor.
- Loads supplies/equipment into vehicles at the start of shift unloads at end of the day, cleans and returns materials and equipment to proper storage areas.
- Drives van equipped with cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies to work site.
- Drives and operates dump trucks.
- Assists in placing air movers and dehumidifiers in proper room locations to remove moisture from carpet, upholstery, and air.
- Performs basic demo tasks-cutting drywall, removing baseboards, and various flooring material.
- Provides exceptional customer service, treats property and contents with respect and care and brings any issues or customer concerns to the job leader.
- Follows proper safety practices, wears personal protective equipment as appropriate (gloves, respirators, face shield, etc) while working.
- Maintains clean and organized vehicle, equipment, and job site.
- Works overtime as needed (evenings and weekends). When possible, the manager will try to give 24-hr notification or check employee availability.
- Must serve on the Emergency On-call rotation as scheduled and needed.
- Inspects own work to ensure conformance to standards.
- Learns about fire, smoke, and water damage restoration.
- The technician would strive to become a lead tech and would be evaluated and trained to do so.
- Maintains neat, professional appearance.
- Acts professionally on job sites and in the shop, including any time a company logoed uniform item is worn.

JOB REQUIREMENTSMINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- High school education, or up to one month of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid driver's license with clean MVR subject to a background check and access to dependable transportation.
- Able to safely lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, carry equipment up/down stairs.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional manner and team-oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience and/or certifications in the disaster restoration industry.
- Preferred Educational Requirements: The ET has a basic knowledge of carpentry, electrical, mechanical and controlled removal practice.
- Preferred Industry Certification: IICRC Applied Mold Remediation Technician, PA Asbestos license.
