Job Description:
This national employee-owned consutling firm a talented and motivated Project Level Environmental Engineer to join the team in Seattle, WA. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and executing environmentalprojects, providing technical expertise, and ensuring regulatory compliance.Responsibilities:
  • Manage environmental projects from inception to completion, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Conduct environmental assessments, site investigations, and remediation activities.
  • Prepare and review technical reports, environmental impact assessments, and permit applications.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and clients on environmental regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including scientists, engineers, and regulatory agencies, to achieve project objectives.
  • Perform fieldwork, data collection, and analysis to support project deliverables.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of environmental regulations, industry standards, and emerging trends.
  • Foster client relationships, identify business opportunities, and participate in proposal development efforts.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Washington or ability to obtain within six months.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental consulting or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations (e.g., CERCLA, RCRA, Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, MTCA).
  • Experience managing environmental projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and client communications.
  • Proficiency in environmental assessment techniques, remediation technologies, and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:
