JOB DESCRIPTIONThe position involves performing and managing indoor air quality investigations and testing, mold assessments, industrial hygiene surveys, asbestos, mold, and other projects. The manager will handle projects from start to finish. Qualified candidates must have experience in providing environmental consulting services to clients in healthcare, commercial real estate, manufacturing, and other markets. RESPONSIBILITIES Investigating indoor air quality complaintsManaging proactive indoor air quality projectsPerforming mold assessmentsPerforming noise surveysConducting exposure assessmentsConducting asbestos materials inspectionsAssessing lead-based paint materials REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors in Environmental Science or equivalent experienceCertifications highly preferred - Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), etc.Experience in managing the above listed environmental projectsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsGood project management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExtensive customer service experienceSolid competency with Microsoft Word and ExcelOwn a reliable vehicle and possess a valid Illinois driver's license.
