+ Courses are in-person and on-campus for the Spring 2025 Semester (01/06/2025 - 04/27/2025)
Course: Environmental Science
This course examines the risks and the environmental impact of human behavior and population growth on natural resources. Emphasis is placed on a holistic approach to environmental science using hands-on exercises, environmental surveys, and class discussions to reinforce scientific principles.
What You Will Do:
+ Facilitate classroom lecture and discussions
+ Engage students in learning course objectives and topics
+ Assess student performance and mentor success in the classroom
+ Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University's Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission of Grand Canyon University
What You Will Bring:
+ Preferred: Master's or Doctorate in Ecology, Conservation Biology, or Environmental Science
+ Minimum: Master's in any field with 18 graduate credit hours in Ecology, Conservation Biology, or Environmental Science
