Your Responsibilities as an Environmental Scientist: - Perform technical and field work with a focus on environmental compliance, site assessments, and project oversight
- Prepare and review detailed technical reports and proposals, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support project budget management, timelines, and deliverables under the guidance of project leaders.
- Provide guidance and training to junior team members, ensuring high standards of safety and quality.
- Conduct site inspections, sampling, and regulatory assessments to support client environmental needs.
- Build and maintain client relationships through clear communication and high-quality service.

What We're Looking For: - Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in environmental consulting or engineering.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite and technical report writing.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on technical detail and client service.
- Ability to mentor junior staff and work collaboratively on field and office projects.
- Excellent safety record and understanding of safe work practices.
- Valid driver's license, good driving history, and reliable transportation required.
- Experience with Deltek Vision is a plus.
