Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cleaning operations, including resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation procedures are followed according to established safety guidelines.
  • Keep accurate records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety concerns to your supervisor.
  • Adhere to infection control and universal precautions policies to maintain a sanitary setting.
  • Engage positively with residents, staff, and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Undertake any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in cleaning services is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with residents, staff, and HCSG leadership.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination protocols is mandatory.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push or pull up to 50 pounds, and maintain physical activity such as standing, sitting, bending, and walking for extended durations.
  • Capable of performing routine tasks consistently.
  • Comfortable working with cleaning products.
  • Able to follow both written and oral instructions effectively.
  • Must reside within the service area.
