In this role, the successful candidate LICH serves a diverse population of patients including those with special needs at all stages of the life cycle Environmental Service Worker III demonstrates the ability to deal effectively with various age groups of patients visitors and staff in order to provide required duties The unique physical and psychosocial needs of patients relative to age specific requirements are considered in the provision of ESW III duties Communication skills must be demonstrated through age specific interactions that enhance customer satisfaction.
