  • Adhere to safety and sanitation policies.
  • Adhere to storage, handling and disposal of RMW, Hazmat, solid waste and linen.
  • Maintain and adhere to Environmental Service uniform and personal appearance standards at all times.
  • Report all hazards and unsafe work conditions.
  • Focus on patient experience and follow all patient experience standards.
  • Collaborate with leadership with recommendations for patient experience improvement.
  • Manage service recovery as needed.
  • Foster a culture of commitment to the vision, mission, and values of the organization.
  • Participate in team and individual employee training.
  • Participate in training with senior housekeepers to further develop/advance within the industry.
  • Correctly utilize all supplies and resources at all times to eliminate waste.
  • Follow all time keeping standards: time clock procedures, meal breaks, timely clocking, etc.
  • Performs any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent. Preferred
  • 1 + years of experience in healthcare. Preferred
  • 1 + years of experience in housekeeping or service related field. Preferred
