Job DescriptionAramark Healthcare is seeking an Environmental Services Clinics Manager - 2nd shift to join their team at Baylor Scott and White Clinics in Temple, TX. The Environmental Services Clinics Manager - 2nd shift is responsible for developing and executing facility solutions to ensure all health and safety standards are met. This role also includes servicing and/or maintaining a physical location or site to client specifications. The manager leads the operations of facility accounts by ensuring areas of responsibility meet objectives and client expectations with a team of 15 employees.Job ResponsibilitiesLeadershipâ ¢ Overall ownership and accountability of operational management and financial performance of the unitâ ¢ Coach employees by creating a shared understanding about what needs to be achieved and how it is to be achievedâ ¢ Reward and recognize employeesâ ¢ Identify and engage top talent and develop team members to their fullest potential within the organizationâ ¢ Plan and lead team management meetingsâ ¢ Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations.Client Relationshipâ ¢ Establish and maintain effective client and customer rapport for a mutually beneficial business relationshipâ ¢ Identify client needs and communicate operational progressâ ¢ Deliver and model WEST as the foundation for delivering excellent customer serviceâ ¢ Facilitate and support new business and retention activities.â ¢ Develop programs (facilities, custodial, energy, grounds or maintenance) to meet client and customer demands and specificationsFinancial Performanceâ ¢ Build revenue and manage budget which includes cost controls with regard to labor, supply, and inventoryâ ¢ Ensure the completion and maintenance of financial statements relative to the departmentâ ¢ Oversight and responsibility to deliver client and company financial targetsâ ¢ Adopt all Aramark processes and systems, eliminate custom/manual reportsâ ¢ Understand performance metrics, data, order and inventory trends; educate teams on key levers to improve marginsProductivityâ ¢ Implement and maintain GM agenda for both labor and total quality management requirementsâ ¢ Create value through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit managementâ ¢ Ensure consistent application of Aramark's operating standards and processes (Operational Excellence) with particular focus on efficiencies in sustainability efforts to reduce energy consumption and labor productivity standards.At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.
