Sodexo is seeking our Environmental Services-Custodial Operations Manager 2 for our client partners at the University of Louisiana Lafayette. Fluent Bilingual Spanish Speaking strongly preferred. Our successful candidate will have experience with managing environmental services in a campus environment, during special events and high-profile events including weddings, working flexible times, with the occasional night and weekend work.Our leader will have demonstrated experience mentoring a large team including explaining goals of contract to the team and be able to execute a plan and drive results. The ability to understand service needs and accurately scale labor needs for large high-profile special events on campus.

Our leader will oversee the pristine appearance on campus, through weekly inspections, will meet with supervisors to review concerns, issues and provide mentoring and assistance. This role coordinates with supervisors to review issues and maintain consistency with procedures, cleaning practices, training, counseling and reviews.
