- Full-time
- Salaried position Mon-Fri Days
- Occasional flexible scheduling depending upon needs of the department
Responsibilities of Environmental Services Supervisor
- Develop and supervise the overall operation of the Housekeeping & Laundry department
- Perform weekly inspections of all departmental functions
- Develop and maintain departmental policies and procedures
- Coordinate services and activities with other related departments
- Determine department staffing and scheduling requirements
- Participate in recruitment and selection of new team members
- Ensure that department is following established safety regulations, including infection control
- Maintain stock level of required supplies, disinfectants, equipment, etc.
- Prepare annual departmental budget

- High school education or equivalent
- Emphasis on exemplary Customer Service
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Housekeeping & Laundry position in a Healthcare facility
- Experience in leadership position is required
