Experience:
* Two years of progressively environmental services housekeeping experience in a healthcare setting.
* Prior leadership experience, preferably in a customer service/support service function preferred.
Education and Training:
* High School diploma or equivalent.

* Effective communication skills.
* Proven ability to work effectively with staff.
* Strong computer skills.
* Excellent written skills.
* Proven ability to perform evaluations, consultations, and discipline within established timeframes.
