About the Role:
Our client is looking for an Epic Certified Ambulatory Analyst to join their team. The team focuses on Bones, Wisdom, Behavior Health and Pheonix .
Epic ClinDoc, OpTime or ASAP analyst with solid build experience that knows the following: flowsheets, smartforms, and BPAs are encouraged to apply.
Key Projects:
As a Senior Analyst, you will contribute to innovative projects, including:
- ART (Artificial Intelligence for Epic Inbasket): Scheduled to launch in 2025.
- AI Clinical Summaries: Enhancing automation and insights within Epic systems.
- Interface Expansion: Adding new vendor integrations to improve system interoperability.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Manage and support complex clinical and business applications to meet client needs.
- Oversee the design, build, testing, debugging, and implementation of system functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integrity and efficiency.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to applications within the Ambulatory workflow.
Essential Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Certified in Epic Ambulatory is preferred, though Epic OpTime or ClinDoc certifications will also be considered.
- Proficient in rules, remote device monitoring, orders, order transmittal, and managing workflows across ambulatory departments.
- Expertise in smart forms, flowsheets, and BPAs.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Builder/Analyst, with a proven track record of system development and support.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects (formal project management experience is a plus but not required).
