Overview

We are seeking an experienced Epic Clinical Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare IT and data analysis, with a focus on clinical systems.

Responsibilities

- Analyze and interpret clinical data to improve system design and functionality

- Design, build, and test Cadence and Decision Trees

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Epic systems for efficient clinical workflows

- Apply medical terminology knowledge to enhance the accuracy of clinical documentation

- Support HEDIS reporting and other quality improvement initiatives

- Provide expertise in bioinformatics to drive evidence-based decision-making in healthcare

- Contribute to the development and implementation of managed care programs

Responsibilities:

• Two (2) plus years of Epic Cadence design, build, implementation experience.
• Decision Tree design and build experience required.
• Provider Template Optimization, Visit type consolidation, Department and Provider build experience preferred.
• Project management experience.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare, or related field. (preferred)
• Epic Cadence Certification required.
• Decision Tree Badge preferred.
