* Must be credentialed and proficient in Epic Cadence
* Minimum 3 years' in a healthcare provider setting
* Minimum 3 years' experience training end users in the respective module
* Updates and tests training curriculum to a broad range of end user roles and knowledge, including computer based training modules
* Instructs individuals or groups in a variety of subject matter areas and performs the role of facilitator or resource person
* Classroom and one-on-one training with End Users and Super Users
* Provides technical training and orientation to financial, clinical and general desktop applications
* Troubleshoots problems and responds to questions from end users
* Apply an in-depth understanding of the respective EHR application to perform all training activity
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills at a level to effectively communicate clearly and concisely
* Attention to detail to ensure a high level of quality and consistency
* Ability to exercise independent judgment and maintain confidentiality of material and information
* Tactical visionary, strategic thinker, creative problem-solver and analytic professional with enterprise perspective and broad business and technology acumen
* Skilled in Microsoft Office products
