We are always looking for qualified, culture-friendly candidates to join our professional and somewhat quirky family.Client is seeking a skilled Epic Clarity Data Analyst to be part of a cross-functional team composed of product owners, business analysts, and dashboard developers. The role will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing complex queries to feed into dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision making across the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of Epic's Cogito offerings, specifically related to the Revenue Data model, and possess the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.Essential Job Functions:Develop, maintain, and optimize data models within the enterprise data lake to support revenue cycle analyticsWork closely with product owners, business analysts, and dashboard developers to understand reporting requirements and ensure data models meet business needsPerform detailed data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and insights that can drive revenue optimization and operational improvementsEnsure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used in reports and dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights for stakeholdersPerform ad hoc data analysis and reporting tasks to support business needs and strategic initiativesDocument data models, processes, and workflows to ensure clarity and scalability.Provide data-driven recommendations and insights to support decision making across the organizationWork collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure effective delivery of data solutions and servicesStay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Epic and its Cogito suite of toolsEnsure all data handling and reporting activities comply with relevant regulatory and organizational standardsEducation, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 4 years of relevant experience in data modeling or analytics within the healthcare industryCurrent Epic Certification - Cogito, Caboodle, and/or ClarityProficiency in SQL and data modeling toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environmentEducation, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:Current Epic Revenue Data Model certificationA strong understanding of Epic workflows pertaining to the entire Revenue Cycle lifecycleKnowledge and application of project management disciplines in a complex environmentExperience observing stakeholders and workflows to learn about underlying problems and potential solutionsExperience with Agile Development methods and toolsExcellent written and oral communication skillsLicenses and Certifications Required:Epic Cogito CertificationEpic Clarity Data Model CertificationLicenses and Certifications Preferred:Epic Revenue Data Model CertificationCertified Health Data Analyst (CHDA) CertificationHFMA Certified Specialist Business Intelligence (CSBI)Our Team: Divurgent is a solutions provider focused on what matters most to our client partners.
