Position Overview: Our client is seeking a highly skilled Epic Clinical Documentation Analyst with a minimum of five years of experience in ClinDoc build. Expertise in Orders, Stork, and OTX is a valuable asset. This role will contribute to various projects, including Nursing Productivity, Aleris, Transfer Center, an upcoming upgrade in November, Blood Matching, Barcode Scanning, and MyChart Bedside 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement system solutions to enhance the Epic Clinical Documentation (ClinDoc) environment.
- Ensure successful project turnover and transition to production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system scope and design objectives through thorough analysis and research.
- Configure vendor-maintained systems and develop or modify in-house systems as required.
- Assist in coordinating efforts among users, ISD staff, and vendors.
- Conduct research and analysis, preparing project deliverables and detailed specifications for vendor system programming/configuration.
- Provide comprehensive process and workflow analysis to support project objectives.
- Contribute as a team member to align deliverables with the overall business/project plan, meeting established performance and outcome goals.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of experience in Epic ClinDoc; certification preferred.
- Additional certifications in Orders, OTX, ASAP, and Stork are advantageous.
- Experience with Case Management, Behavioral Health, and Aleris is a plus.
- Proficiency in building workflows, flowsheets, SmartText, SmartLink, SmartList, preference lists, device integration, and Orders.
- Experience in Pediatrics is beneficial but not required.
Logistics:
- Preference for local candidates or those willing to relocate; remote work options are available (100% remote), with some restrictions in Montana, New York, and select cities in California (San Francisco, Los Angeles, Hollywood).
- Candidates must be able to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM PST).
- COVID-19 vaccination is required.
- Relocation assistance ranging from $4,000 to $6,000 is available depending on location (relocation is not mandatory).
