Our client is seeking an Epic Patient Access Analyst.
Your overall responsibilities include:
- Knowledge of access workflows
- Strong understanding of access applications and the healthcare IT industry
- Analytical problem resolution and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness and ability to work as an individual contributor in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to be available for work during normal business hours
- Previous Epic employee given preference
- Flexibility to work with an ever-changing build as this is new development for Epic. There is not any galaxy documentation.
Must Haves:
- 5+ years relevant, Epic Analyst Experience
- Epic Cadence/ Prelude/Referrals certifications
- Experience configuring. designing, and supporting
- Experience or understanding of infusion services
- EMR/EHR systems
- Previous go live experience
Nice to Haves:
- Decision Tree experience
- Ambulatory build experience/certification
