- Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on end user devices or related technology.
- Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Skills:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee complex technical projects.
- In-depth knowledge of end user device technologies and their integration with Epic systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management and team collaboration.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to end user devices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Epic systems and understanding of Epic application requirements for end user devices.
- Familiarity with healthcare IT environments and regulations, including data security and privacy standards.
- Experience working with device vendors and managing device lifecycle processes.
