Join one of the nation's leading healthcare systems as an Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst and provide support to health professionals by facilitating assessment of current practice and translation of end user needs into the optimal configuration of clinical applications!As an Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst, you will use your expertise in clinical practice, computer science, and information technology to manage data and determine components that are suitable to build while maintaining alignment with our Client's professional standards.You'll enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid contract position working with client's anywhere within the United States, while taking on new challenges. These contracts typically require onsite work during the Go-Live phase of the project which may be two to four weeks at a time. The ideal candidate has experience in the following areas:
- Providing Epic product function, design, build, and testing expertise for assigned Epic module(s)
- Collaborating with clinicians and end users of the system to design, build, test, train, implement, evaluate, and maintain Epic and other associated systems
- Translating business requirements into functional specifications and manage changes to specifications
- Coordinating with physicians and end users in the analysis and documentation of workflows, performing gap analysis, identifying needed process changes, and developing future workflows during the implementation of new solutions or functionality
- Contributing to Epic upgrade initiatives or enhancements to workflows including the design, build, and test phases; troubleshoot problems and questions from end users
- Reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating system needs to develop recommendations for customers
- Utilizing the knowledge of clinical practice, computer science, and information technology to manage data and determine components that are suitable to build while maintaining alignment with the professional standards of practice
- Adhering to organization standards for system configuration and change control
- Troubleshooting and/or resolving application issues and escalate more complex issues as appropriate
Hours: 40 hours a week-M-F 8 AM - 5 PM Duration: 3+ months with possible extension Pay: $90+/hour Location: Nationwide - remote role, some travel required during Go-lives This position offers:

Requirements:
- Active Epic Willow Ambulatory certification with proof of certificate number(s)
- College Degree (AS, Diploma, B.A., B.S. or commensurate experience) in a filed of study such as business, IS, or healthcare related
- Completed Epic CEE (Continued Epic Education) to maintain certifications, proficiencies, and badges
- May require drug screening and other health screenings, as needed
- Ability to travel 25% for Go-Live Travel is within the United States.
