Episcopal Campus -CLINICAL COORDINATOR POOL- (246241)Coordinates the delivery of nursing services to patients across the organization. Ensures adequate nursing staff through the management of nursing staff resources. Facilitates and coordinates bed assignments within the hospital. Directs and collaborates with appropriate department managers to facilitate and expedite patient movement. Assists the Directors of Nursing and Nurse Managers in continuous staff development, human resource management, and in promoting quality care.
