Job Type Full-timeDescriptionStaco Energy Products Company is one of the longest lasting innovators of Power Quality and Voltage Control technologies in the world. This newly created position will be responsible for all building and equipment maintenance, with a special focus on performance of Winding Machines. 1. Provide technical support and assistance to Machine Setter in Winding department so that efficiency and quality standards can be achieved.2. Monitor building systems equipment and coordinate repairs as needed with outside parties. 3. Maintain adequate parts to support in-house equipment repairs.4. Define and justify capital improvements as needed. 5. Oversee and ensure maintenance of the entire facility.6. Oversee and ensure maintenance of all production equipment.7. Ensure compliance with government regulations and environmental such as requirements by EPA and OSHA. 8. Negotiate and manage all maintenance contracts with third parties.9. Advise management of ways to increase energy efficiency and save costs. 10. Oversee building projects, renovations or refurbishments. 11. Any additional duties and responsibilities as may be assigned. RequirementsElectrical and mechanical aptitude with a focus on troubleshooting is essential. Working knowledge of electrical and complex mechanical systems required. Must be able to coordinate and evaluate work performed by outside servicers. Analytical and problem-solving skills are required. Needs to have ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Minimum of five years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor is preferred.
