What you'll be doing:Cell sites are pretty important to support our most reliable and fastest network. That's where you come in. You'll work with cellular engineering and operations to ensure that the equipment required for our macro cell site projects is available when it's needed and complete. When a project needs to be completed, you will determine equipment needs and order and integrate a wide range of equipment like antennas, power systems, and fiber optic cable. You'll work closely with other Network teams such as RF Design, Operations, Real Estate, Construction, Facilities and System Performance to implement new technologies and services and meet project milestones.Responsibilities:Determining the equipment needs for new and existing cell sites based on engineering plans and project outlines.Coordinating the ordering and integration process to provide complete equipment sets for projects.Managing supplier relationships to meet targeted network milestones and turn-up dates.Attending project update meetings to present status updates.Following appropriate methods and procedures for equipment tracking and inventory control.Initiating Material Requests for shipment from our centralized warehouse.Tracking of equipment with a focus on expense reduction and just in time orderingMonitor all equipment expenditures.Ensure vendor payment utilizing PeopleSoft Equipment Procurement.Oversee equipment installation and acceptance.Review drawings for accuracyUse Fuze to order equipmentYou'll need to have:Associate's degree or two or more years of work experience.Three or more years of relevant work experience.Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suites.Attention to detail.Ability to multi-task.Even better if you have:Knowledge of DC power systems used in the telecommunications environment.Knowledge of cellular network architecture.Knowledge of Ericsson base station equipment, CATS/FULCRUM, MapInfo, FUZE, PURCH and PeopleSoft.Compensation:The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).Benefits and Ancillaries:Medical, dental, vision, PTO benefits and ancillaries may be available for eligible Aditi Consulting employees and vary based on the plan options selected by the employee.Aditi Consulting LLC uses AI technology to engage candidates during the sourcing process.
