Your ResponsibilitiesBring your critical thinking and technical expertise to:
- Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on semiconductor equipment, ensuring peak performance and reliability.
- Analyze tool data to recommend and implement maintenance improvements.
- Collaborate with engineers to design and execute equipment enhancement projects.
- Improve system performance to meet process requirements and reduce repetitive tool breakdowns.
What Were Looking ForWe value a mix of technical skills, teamwork, and initiative. To excel in this role, youll need:
- Associates degree in a technical field, military electronics training, or prior wafer fab technician experience.
- Strong mechanical and electronic knowledge.
- Proficiency with computers and MS Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid teamwork and time management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Physical capability to meet job demands: standing/walking for up to 12 hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
Preferred ExperienceFamiliarity with any of the following equipment is a plus:
- Thin Films CVD: Novellus Concept Two (C-2), Mattson Aspen II, SPTS fxP Delta, or similar platforms.
- Thin Films IMPLANT: Varian, Axcelis Implanters (Axcelis 8200, GSD AMAT/Varian E-500).
- Thin Films Sputter Deposition (PVD): Trikon Sigma 200, Aviza/SPTS fxP Sigma, AMAT Endura, or equivalent systems.
- Etch HDP: Aviza/SPTS fxP Sigma, AMAT HDP cluster tools, or other modern platforms.
