Duties include: operating light equipment such as Bobcats, Skidsteer, Front End Loader, and Dump trucks; fueling trucks and equipment; pre-inspecting trucks and equipment daily; mapping and locating jobs; trenching; and updating database information. Examples of Duties ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Drives vehicles light equipment.
- Operates various light equipment.
- Fuels vehicles; cleans truck and equipment.
- Maintains proper PPE and adheres to proper safety protocol.
- Loads and unloads equipment and supplies; straps equipment for travel.
- Assists coworkers in the field watching for traffic.
- Takes pictures of cut or damaged lines and assess job site.
- Enters data.
- Inspects vehicles; makes minor repairs; and schedules maintenance and repairs.
- Generates reports.
- Performs housekeeping and sanitation activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Typical Qualifications QUALIFICATIONSEducation and Experience:
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
- One (1) year of related work experience with heavy equipment.
Licenses or Certifications:
- Valid driver's license.
- Preferred commercial driver's license (CDL), Class B or obtain within required time frame.
