Job Description:Skilled manual work in the operation of specialized and heavy equipment and other public works vehicles and in performing construction and maintenance activities; all other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma and three years of experience in public works construction and maintenance activities including the operation of heavy equipment; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.Massachusetts CDL Class A Unrestricted drivers license with air brake and tanker endorsements.Massachusetts Hydraulic Hoisting 2A and 1C license required.Massachusetts Class 4G Hoisting License preferred.Additional Qualifications:Working knowledge of preventative maintenance techniques.Ability to perform heavy manual labor under varying weather conditions.Demonstrated skill in operating and maintaining all types of special and heavy equipment and trucks.$2,299.23 bi-weekly + benefitsApply: www.townofbarnstable.us under employmentDeadline: Open until filled
