Job OpportunitiesWarren County is seeking highly motivated and skilled candidates to fill the position of Solid Waste Equipment Operator. This is a full-time position that performs difficult work in the operation of a variety of construction equipment at the County Transfer Station.This position is responsible for:Loading solid waste with rubber tire loader;Operation of dolly truck, tractors, front end loaders, bush hogs, etc.;Assisting with lawn maintenance to include mowing and weed eating;Assisting the Solid Waste Manager in the supervision of operations and staff.Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school and extensive experience in the operation of motorized equipment is required. CDL or ability to obtain is required.A successful candidate must possess the ability to obtain certification as a Class I Waste Management Facility Operator.
