Our client, a leading beauty and cosmetics distribution center, is seeking Equipment Operators with cherry picker and reach truck experience to join their dynamic team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations Department supporting both E-Commerce and Retail Store teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to safety, and at least one year of experience operating both cherry pickers and reach trucks.Job Title:Equipment OperatorLocation:Chambersburg, PAPay Rate and Shift:

• 1st Shift Weekday: Mon - Thurs, 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM, $18.50/hr

What's the Job?

• Safely operate cherry pickers and reach trucks, as well as other powered industrial trucks, to transport products throughout the distribution center.
• Perform daily equipment checks
• Pick, pack, and restock inventory using RF scanners.
• Build and organize pallets for shipment and load/unload trucks efficiently.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company standards, including proper reporting of hazards and faulty equipment.

What's Needed?

• Must have at least 1 year of experience operating cherry pickers and reach trucks.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks (bending, standing, and lifting).
• Flexibility to work overtime as business needs require.
