Job Description:
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:* Create and send weekly reports to department groups.* Organize, review and update running lists of active and non-active equipment assets.* Receive, process, and enter job related fleet/equipment requests.* Understand a variety of the field operations concepts, practices, and work procedures.* Manage the assignment, sourcing, and logistics of organization's vehicles and equipment.* Ensure data system are updated timely and accurately.* Other related duties as assigned.KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:* High School Diploma or GED preferred.PREFERRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:* Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively.* Strong attention to detail.* Ability to follow instructions, processes, and procedures.* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.* Ability to create, format, and maintain spreadsheets, including formulas.* Ability to travel if needed.BENEFITS & PAY:* Paid Company Holidays* Paid Time Off* We provide paid sick leave as required by Colorado's Healthy Families and Workplaces Act.* Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA/HSA, Short Term/Long Term Disability, 401K with matching contribution.
